Appointment Policy

• We understand that delays happen! To accommodate our clients, we offer a 15-minute grace period. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied to your balance. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be subject to cancellation or rescheduling.

• Location:
  Our studio is located in Beltsville, MD. The exact address will be sent 24-48 hours before your appointment along with your confirmation details.

• Guest Policy:
  To ensure a relaxing and focused experience, NO additional guests are allowed.

• Hair Preparation:
  Please arrive with your hair thoroughly washed, blow-dried, and detangled. Avoid applying any products, or oils as we will handle any necessary treatments.

• We are here to provide you with a luxury experience! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call or text before booking at (240) 900-0708.

• A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit serves as a booking fee and will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance can be paid via Zelle or cash.

• Accepted Deposit Methods: Zelle & Apple Pay
  Please include your name, appointment date, and time when sending your deposit.

• No Refund Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please address them before leaving your appointment.

• For the most natural, scalp-like install, we highly recommend purchasing HD or transparent lace. Previously used lace will Not be acceptedunless it was installed by Cklassics. Additionally, we do NOT work with Prime wigs.

• Any service involving lace requires the lace to be dropped off 2-4 business days priorto your appointment—no exceptions. If the hair is not dropped off within this timeframe, a $25 fee will be applied. Please ensure your name and appointment details are clearly labeled before drop-off.

• Hair drop-off instructions will be sent via text or DM.

• Squeeze-in appointments are available for a $50 fee, which applies to appointments scheduled on my off days or outside of regular business hours. Please note that this fee is separate and does not apply toward your service total.

• Please note that photos and videos may be taken during your appointment. If you prefer not to be included in any content, kindly let us know in advance.
